Focus 4 Pillars of CSR

In order to achieve its objectives the Company intends to focus effort on four main pillars.

1. Natural environment: by reducing the Company’s carbon footprint and supporting
   conservation projects for the sustainability of the natural environment.
2. Wellbeing: by assisting its employees in a lifelong learning process from recruitment to retirement; by providing a safe working environment through health and education, thus the employees will be proud of the Company and its values.
3. Society: by addressing the impact of the Company’s operations on the local community by providing additional knowledge and skills, through targeted health and education initiatives, in order to empower the community to create a sustainable livelihood.
4. Economy: by creating value for the economic prosperity of all internal and external stakeholders through job creation and career path.
