Primaniyarta 2019
Primaniyarta is the highest award given by the Indonesian Government to the exporters who are rated as the most accomplished in the field of exports and can asset an example for other exporters. PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk received the award in the Global Brand Developer category.
The Primaniyarta Award is an annual appreciation given by the Government through the Directorate General of National Export development of the Ministry of Trade, as one of the drivers and motivators for Indonesian exporters and other businesses to continuously improve their achievements in the export sector.
TOP BRAND Award 2019
PT Gajah Tunggal TBK won the TOP Brand Award through two product lines namely GT Radial for the category of car tires and IRC for the motorcycle tire category. This award is given based on the assessment of the results of the omnibus survey on national scale conducted by Frontier Consulting Group. Brands who are entitled to receive the TOP Brand predicate must enter the TOP Brand Index by fulfilling the three parameters of the index benchmark namely Top of Mind Awareness, Last Used and Future Intention.
Appreciation from Indonesian Customs Office Soekarno Hatta
PT Gajah Tunggal TBK received an appreciation from the Indonesian Customs Office at Soekarno-Hatta airport, for its contribution as the third most compliant priority line importer
SNI Awards 2019
PT Gajah Tunggal TBK received the Gold appreciation at the 2019 SNI Award. SNI Award is a government appreciation through BSN (Badan Standardisasi Nasional) given to organizations that perform well and consistently apply the Indonesian National Standard (SNI).
The implementation of SNI by PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk, enables the Company to produce products that have superior quality. The level of SNI is equivalent or to international standards. By fulfilling the SNI, it is easier for Gajah Tunggal to obtain an internationally applicable certification, thus opening the opportunity to become a supplier in the global automotive industry.
Most Valuable Brands Award 2019
PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk received the Indonesias TOP 100 Most Valuable Brand Award. These are the 100 highest rated brands valued by Brand Finance PLC, the worlds leading independent brand valuation consulting and strategy agency.
The brands are assessed based on the rating of Brand Value derived from Brand Finance’s analysis of the brand Strength Index (BSI) of each company, which is based on data obtained from several sources, such as company information, Companys annual report and research conducted by Brand Finance. While the parameters to obtain the brand value are qualitative financially and non-financial.
Indonesian Living Legend Companies Award 2019
PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk received the Indonesia Living Legend Companies Award 2019 because it is considered to be capable to be in business for more than 50 years and is able to withstand the challenges of economic crisesboth domestic and abroad, as well as business competition, and successfully emerged as a Company that was able to continue to grow and develop very impressively.
CECT Sustainability Awards 2019
PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk received the CECT Sustainability 2019 award from CECT-Trisakti. This award is obtained based on overall sustainability performance in the category “Miscellaneous”
IGCN (Indonesia Global Compact Network) Award -2019
IGCN presented this award to PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk as Excellent Business Member for the year 2018, which was awarded on 2 July 2019.
ISUZU Award 2019
Awarded by PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia to PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk for their outstanding performance in Cost & EHS in the year 2018. This award was presented on 2 May 2019.
FUSO Award 2019

Appreciation of Delivery Performance Awarded to PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk, in recognition for the outstanding performance and support to PT Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia.
International Pioneer Award 2019
The Company received the International Pioneer Award from “SGMW Indonesia” during the Supply Chain Conference in Chongqing, China, for Ecological Strategy. The award is given for the contribution of the supplier in supporting SGMW Indonesia since the design development and production phase. The criteria specified SGMW’s Head Quarter are associated with QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Service).
Dharmabakti Kejayaan Olahraga Award 2019
PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk continues to commit to advance Indonesian sports, especially automotive sports, and till now Gajah Tunggal has already sponsored some automotive sport events in Indonesia.
That commitment is what made Gajah Tunggal win the “Dharmabakti Sports Success Award” at the Golden Award Night Indonesian Sports Awards 2019.
Gajah Tunggal has been greatly contributing not only in the automotive field, but also in other sports areas. Among them, the AFF Cup, the Mercedes-Benz Golf Trophy, and the V3 Open Inline skate. Gajah Tunggal also participated in the activities of Pre Asian Games 2018 through the brand “GT Radial”.
500 Brand Champions Award 2019
The 500 Brand Champions 2019 award was given to GT Radial by Infobrand.id (Indonesia’s #1 Brand Online Media) in collaboration with the research institute TRAS N CO. The assessment of the award was based on the following parameters:
- Products / Brands must be marketed in Indonesia
- Survey is based on the results of: Indonesia Digital Popular Brand Index survey for the past year
- Products / Brands have received multiple awards from trusted institutions in the past year
- GT Radial is the only tire brand that received this award.
