Installed Production Capacity
In 2021, the installed production capacity for passenger car radial tires (PCR), truck and bus radial tires (TBR), bias tires and motorcycle tires remained unchanged at 55,000, 2,500, 14,500 and 95,000 tires per day respectively.
Compared to the installed production capacity, the available production capacity is lower for the tire segments, to account for routine maintenance and product changes. In 2020 the available production capacity for passenger car radial tires, TBRtires, bias tires and motorcycle tires stood at 45,500, 2,300, 13,000 and 83,000 tires per day respectively.
The production capacity for non-tire products was unchanged at 75,000 tons for synthetic rubber, 40,000 tons for tire cords and 20,000 tons for nylon filament yarn.
